Refund policy

Overview

This shop is operated by a sole trader based in Germany. All physical products are made to order (print on demand). Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

Custom-Made & Print-on-Demand Products

All physical products offered in this shop are made to order and produced specifically for you once an order is placed.

Under EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or print-on-demand goods.

For this reason, returns or refunds are not accepted unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Defective or Damaged Items (Physical Products)

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing error, you are entitled to a replacement or refund.

Conditions:

  • You must contact me within 30 days of delivery

  • The item must be unused

  • You must provide photographic proof of the defect or damage

  • Proof of purchase is required

Once your request is reviewed and approved, I will offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A refund to the original payment method

No returns are required unless explicitly requested.

Digital Products (Downloads)

For digital downloads, you expressly agree that delivery begins immediately after purchase.

Once the download has started or the file has been accessed, your right of withdrawal is waived, and refunds are not possible, unless the file is faulty or inaccessible.

Sale Items

Sale or discounted items are non-refundable, except in cases of defect or damage.

Refunds

If your refund is approved:

  • It will be issued to your original method of payment;
  • Processing times vary depending on your payment provider;

If you have not received your refund after processing:

  • Check your bank account;
  • Contact your credit card company;
  • Contact your bank;

Exchanges

Exchanges are not offered. Defective items may be replaced with the same product after approval.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are not covered;
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable;
  • If a return is required, you are responsible for safe and trackable shipping;
  • I cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking;
